How do I choose my size?

Measure around your ankle just above the protruding ankle bone. Compare that measurement with the M–3XL reference ankle circumferences in Specifications. The factory lists reference values rather than fit ranges.

How do I put the braces on?

Slide a brace onto your foot and align the rear opening with your heel. Cross the elastic straps around the ankle and secure the hook-and-loop tabs at a comfortable tension.

How many braces are included?

The purchase includes two black ankle support braces in the selected size.
